A question about : Virgin media customer service

A few months ago I ended our contract with Virgin Media so I no longer have a virgin media phone number consequently i have to pay a lot to phone them. They owe us money and have admitted this but the cheque still hasn't arrived. Does anyone know how I can contact them online for free so I don't have to give them another penny?

A question about : Money Saving Expert Ј50 cashback and plusnet

Hi,

I ordered broadband via a moneysaving expert link for a Ј50 cashback deal on plusnet. Plusnet are saying that they haven't got it tracked and that it's not their problem as the promotion is being run by a 3rd party.

They've said that I need to contact MSE. Has anyone had a similar experience? I'd appreciate any help with trying to get this sorted out. The reason I went with them was because of the Ј50 promotion..

A question about : 0870 and 0871 costs?

I am probably being dim but I could not find the costs of calling 0870 or 0871 numbers on the BT website. Does anyone know the costs? Are 0871 more expensive than 0870.

I am in the process of remortgaging with the Woolwich and they have appointed Optima Legal Services, of Bradford to be the solicitor and I am annoyed that their contact number is 0871.
