I've had an incorrect invoice from 18185 but try as I might I just can't contact their so called customer service dept.Does anyone have an email address or a telephone number please to make contact.

I'm due to be moving shortly & am under the impression I'm better off cancelling my TV with Sky & internet with BT then signing up as a new customer once I've moved?
I'm out of contract with both suppliers but am perfectly happy with both, well maybe not so quite with Sky but that's just down to poor TV in general & debatable if it's worth it or not.

What's the general oppinion, cancel & start a new or inform my suppliers & move?

We have full package with Sky (TV, internet, landline)

We are going to be cancelling the landline and internet and keeping the TV.

We're no longer in a fixed contract with them & have taken out a contract with Virgin Media for their internet.

Virgin media internet is being installed 21/02 and we want to cancel sky as late as possible so as not to be without internet.

A question about : Calling Abroad, From Abroad...

So i was wondering if anyone knows of how i'd get around this and know of any good/cheap ways...Basically i'm off to Lanzarote but while i'm there i need to call out to Australia and also back to the UK. There's so many sims and pre paid this and that, i've just got myself in a complete muddle. I'll have access to my UK mobile or local Lanzarote payphones.
Any ideas?

A question about : SKY Tv and BB seperate

Not sure if i would get away with this. I cant find anything in there conditions.

If I sign up for a Tv package only through the MSE SKY deal I would get all the benefits i.e Ј125 cashback etc. I then purchase Sky's Fibre BB through Quidco with Ј70 cashback.

I would be Ј70 better off rather than signing up for the whole package through the MSE deal.

A question about : Good broadband and phone deals

Hi I am with Virgin. TV Phone and Broadband I got my price reduced to Ј49.00 a couple of years ago from
Ј60 when I needed to save as I had retired. I cut down the TV stations. Is there anyone cheaper than Ј53 which it has gone up to since this month. I really need the free 1 hour phone calls during the week and weekends as I am quite isolated and this keeps me in touch with friends. I have been with Virgin since Telewest. Is there anyway I can get a better deal from them. I am retired so need to keep costs down.
