A question about : Getting upgrades

The wife and I are off on holiday for our 10-year anniversary soon. In the films, we'd be upgraded to first class and our hotel would give us a fancy suite but in real life does this really happen?

If so, any tips?

A question about : Club class flights to the Canaries

Other than BA, does anybody know of airlines flying to the Canaries that offer club/business class seats? I'm looking to spend a little more to avoid having my knees around my neck that's offered by the 'cram-em-in' airlines.

I know you may get emergency exit seats for a premium, but this will be a special holiday and I want to have a bit of luxury instead of scrimping for a change.

Hi, I'm looking to rent an apartment or villa around the Estepona area of Southern Spain for a week in May. I've never rented anywhere before (usually stay in a hotel) so have no experience on which rental/letting agency to use, could anyone let me know of an agency I can use with confidence (I think I've been watching too much Rip Off Britain Holidays ) and where I won't get ripped off.

A question about : How do i actually get on a plane at the airport?

As someone who has never flown before, i am lost, people talk like its a everyday thing but i do not know what to do.

OK as far as i can tell, i go to online check in and check in, how long before the plane departs can i do this? I would like to do this early as possible.

What information will i need to complete this check in online?

A question about : Flying to Australia: Do I need separate insurance for the stop over?

Can anyone tell me if travel health insurance taken from the day of departure covers me for the stop-over/flight-change destination? Or is the insurance only valid once I arrive in Australia?

I haven't booked a flight yet but I expect to stop at Kuala Lumpur airport, and it occurs to me that if I were to fall ill in Malaysia, I don't know if my health insurance for Australia would be valid, and I don't want to take any chances.
