A question about : Apartment/villa rental agencies

Hi, I'm looking to rent an apartment or villa around the Estepona area of Southern Spain for a week in May. I've never rented anywhere before (usually stay in a hotel) so have no experience on which rental/letting agency to use, could anyone let me know of an agency I can use with confidence (I think I've been watching too much Rip Off Britain Holidays ) and where I won't get ripped off.

I'm sure the majority of them are fine but would prefer to use one from recommendation.

• Another vote for Airbnb. It is recommended that you read the reviews to get a good indication of how good the apartment and support is, so the more reviews the better. If a property has only had one or two reviews then you can't really get a good idea of how good or bad it may be.
• We have used Trip Advisor and Owners Direct yo rent villas. Both went really well.
• Villa Select, Villas4u, Villa Plus, Cosmos, Thomas Cook Style, Thomson Villas, Solmar villas. All reputable & well known, your villa will actually be built with all of the above ! Good Luck
