I haven't been with my employer very long. I have been bullied on 3 different instances.. I don't think my employer believes me. Im the only female within the company and my employer believes the lads :/

A question about : Expecting mother, should she go back to work?

My friend (N.Ireland Resident) who is currently 11 weeks pregnant lost her job on sept 24th this year, not knowing she was actually pregnant yet LOL.
But anyway, she wasnt with the company for 2yrs (2mnths short) and they went into administration so she got no salary, redundancy or anything. Has no savings etc and has just started claiming JSA while she looks for work.

A question about : Haven holiday asking for more money!

I purchased a holiday from haven holidays and paid in full yesterday an received a email of proof of purchase and a further confirmation email with all details stating holiday was paid in full.Today I have had a further email stating the prices yesterday were incorrect and I owe them more money for this holiday. I was under the impression I paid in full yesterday and it was all printed out. I would be grateful on any advice for this matter please

A question about : Time Share Contract Lockin

We have a had a time share with De Vere for the last 12 years. Over the past couple of years the fees have increased so much (33% last year) we have decided to hand the time share back to De Vere. We have had it up for sale through De Vere but they are not pro active in this cause.
De Vere have told us we are locked in the contract and are obliged through their constitution to continue to pay the ever rising fees until we mange to sell..

Does anyone have the same experience and is there any advice out there?

A question about : Accident not my fault but Im not out of pocket for it

My wife was involved in a car accident, it wasn't her fault and the other insurance company have fixed her car.

But while her car was away for repair she was told she would get a hire car, she had to drive 20 miles to pick it up and them 20 miles to return it.

Her car also came back with less petrol in it that it left with as it had to be driven to the garage.

A question about : ESA appeal

Hello,

I had my ESA appeal this morning which i successfully passed. I was told that whilst on the appeal that if i won my appeal my money would go back to normal. I was getting Ј110 per week, but the lady who helped me with my appeal told me that i would receive around Ј99 now. Could you please clear up which if these amount i will now receive please ?

I was originally on Incapacity Benefit long term before the new ESA came on.
