I am the treasurer of a small works social club. All our members are being relocated to various parts of the company although the site is going to remain with a few new personnel brought in. We have a few physical assets that we intend to leave to the new people so we aren't exactly closing down our social club just passing it on.

We have been informed about the MAR (Mutually Agreed Resignation) scheme and I am contemplating this. However we have a deadline of the end of the year for applications and I do not think that I will find suitable/alternative employment within this short period.

2 month ago I went to a local funeral directors office to arrange to have an inscription added to a headstone. We agreed a price of Ј200.66, I paid a Ј50 deposit. Now I have received a bill for Ј467.96 less Ј50 deposit so I owe Ј417.96 according to them. I have my copy of the Order which clearly states Ј200.66.

webuyukmotors is the website and they have showed interest in my car so i went on to their website and they asked for Ј50 pound UKASH voucher so i gt the voucher and booked my appointment but no one has showed up and no replay when i try 2 get in touch with them

A question about : Won a Employment Tribunal, what next?

A little while back on here, I asked for some help on an employment tribunal for a job that didn't pay me.

I won that tribunal ... and I've still not been paid. So, now I need to get that enforced by a county court. Just have no idea what form to fill in / what price to pay.

I think I've gotten it down to one of two forms.

The EX727 @ Ј60 which is a quick on (I think)
OR
The N322 form, which I've read and still don't quite get.
