A question about : Data Protection Rights: Can they use my previous address?

I've become aware that a company had taken a CCJ in my absence at my previous address from where I had moved before the dispute occurred and had no knowledge of it and didn't tell them my new address.

Also, I'm disputing the issue. It relates to a distance learning course which I signed up for but cancelled before it started but the company says I didn't follow the right fine print cancellation method. However, I never received any education from them or any materials because I had moved.

A question about : Floating days at work

Hi I work a five day week at work and we only get 17 floating days paid off at work a year this is not including bank and public holidays these 17 floating days can be taken at your own choosing if you include the 8 public holidays that totals to 25 days paid leave in one year is this right by law I thought it was 28 days any info on this will be very helpfull thank you

Last year I sent away money to subscribe for a tipping service for 12 months - James Croft - who provided nothing but took the money when i eventually tracked him down - he had written to me from 2 different addresses he did not offer me a refund but to restart the 12 month period - i refused and demanded my money back he has not replied - how can i get my money back

I signed up to another tipster -Insider info - 60 day free trial and if i set up a standing order i could cancel if not satisfied

I recently completed a credit rating with Experian and got an excellent the highest credit score available. I have a number of credit cards and a loan but less than 50% of the available credit to me.

However, I don't seem to be able to register for any new cards or even a new bank account to pay my wages into - why am I didnt declined?

• There is no law that explicitly protects married couples.
  What is reasonable is that you both get to attend a party. I would not think it unreasonable if they say they are only paying once. At the end of the day, they can stipulate whatever rules they like, 2 parties, 1 party, 0 parties.
• Thought the Equality Act 2010 covered it.

A question about : Landlady illegaly witholding deposit

Hi. I need help please urgently!! My old landlady has been withholding the deposit from our old house which we moved out of in July, and despite repeated requests has not given it back. Granted, we did destroy it a bit but what student doesnt. Anway, she took off damages and said she was going to give us 100 pounds back each, which she hasnt done now because one of our former housemates didnt pay for 8 weeks. basically she said that because he did not pay she is taking it away from us. i am pretty sure that is illegal??

Last year I made the mistake of using Anglian to do my windows. I am now plagued with phone calls. I get them every few weeks (it doesnt sound like much but - as you can understand - it can get annoying, and they dont get off the phone!).

hi, after the face to face assesement for IB/ESA transfer I failed the ESA transfer.
Ive been on IB long term contribution based for over 15 years with my problems.
A couple of years ago I had to claim as a couple for my partner due to them becoming unemployed.
Ive been recieving Income Support to top up my IB to around Ј150 p/w for both of us.
Because of the failed assesemnt Im appealing this and ive been told I will get Ј111 p/w for both of us.
