OK. I am someone who doesn't bother about fashion, or labels, or anything like that as a general rule. I usually buy a handbag and use it till it wears out. I usually buy in TK Maxx as they always have a huge selection so I can find something I like. My usual budget would be no more than Ј30 and I like to buy leather - although I know my budget makes this difficult.

My LO has his heart set on a party for his birthday in the next few months. We've only had one party before, which was a shared party with a couple of friends, so we were limited to numbers and just invited 5 friends each.

A question about : Car Seat Conundrum

Hi Folks,

I'm 14 weeks pregnant and starting to think about the essentials we will need. One of which will be a car seat.

I want one that can be taken in and out of the car easily so with a base. I have a standard car and will have to have a belted base but OH has a car with ISOFIX.

A question about : How on earth do you choose a pram?!

Hi,

We're expecting our first and we'd like a Silver Cross pram system.... but how on earth do you choose which one?

Does anyone have any tips?

I've read on the net things like getting an all-terrain pram if you plan to walk a lot off road, but we don't be doing anything like that.

We definitely want Silver Cross (a pram system, not the big Balmoral) but how to choose which one?

Any tips gratefully received!

A question about : Any Bugaboo experts?

I bought my daughter a Bugaboo Frog for her first baby because she had a tiny car at the time & the Frog was a little smaller than the Calmeleon. I had it shipped from the US because they had stopped selling Frogs here then.

Now she has had a girl she has bought the Cameleon hot pink fabrics. But the hood is baggy, she hasn't tried the apron.

A question about : buying a car seat

what is everyones opinions on buying a car seat off somebody you know well ? an infant one... it is MSE but is it worth it after all they do say to buy a new one don't they ?

just want everyones opinions really as a family member has offered us her car seat is in immaculate condition but im not sure weather to buy one new instead. some advice would be much appreciated

A question about : Antenatal and Hypnobirthing classes FREE!!

I just wanted to let you guys know about a social enterprise that opperates out of the Midlands - Partners In Pregnancy.

They fundraise to provide local women with antenatal and hypnobirthing class - a new scheme bing launched in the next month or so will enable GP refered women to get 3 hrs of antenatal classes free, or a full 8 hrs for just Ј25. Your GP has to have signed up for this scheme. (This is only available with certian GP's in south Leicester area currently)

I'm looking for recommendations for a from birth car seat please.
I got one with our travel system but it's awful.

Looking for something with an ISOFIX base, any suggestions please?
