I hope it's okay to put this here, The benefits board scares me a bit.

I'm having my husband and I's first baby on Monday via elective C-Section due to pre-existing health problems.

We are currently on Income Support due to my disabilities (I haven't been transferred to ESA yet) and my husband is my full-time carer.

A question about : First time mum...Starting maternity leave and freaking out

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post. Basically I am 35, in a high stress role that I absolutely cannot cope with and has caused me some health issues (high blood pressure, severe exhaustion, SPD amongst others)

So at 30 weeks pregnant with my first baby, I'm leaving work. I only get SMP from the government and no other employee benefits such as paid sick time.

I currently have 3 DDs (10, 8 and 5) and DH and I have finally decided to TTC no. 4, after long discussions re the pros and cons of having one more. As I'll be 40 in 3 years, this really will be my last baby (DD3 was born when I was 32).

A question about : Cheapest pull up pants?

Just after some recommendations - does anyone know what the cheapest pull up pants in a size 6 are? My son is nearly 4 and not dry at night yet, and is in size 6 pull ups. I've just bought my usual pack of 18 from Aldi at Ј2.99 (16.6p per pull up) but wondered if anyone could recommend any cheaper ones?

Pampers Easy Up are on offer at Tesco at the moment, 84 for Ј15 but that's still 17.9p per pull up, although I guess that would be cheaper if I had a conditional spend voucher.

A question about : mothercare pushchairs

MOTHERCARE PURCHASES BEWARE
I bought a pushchair in January for my daughter who was due to have her first child. Mothercare was my shop of choice as I have two other grandchildren both of which I bought a pram/pushchair for on their appearance into the world. A tradition I think.

A question about : Second hand Britax Prince

Following on from the second hand car seat thread and not wanting to highjack. I have just bought this seat from a colleague. It has only been used a little bit for her grandchild. However when I checked it all over following the other thread on here I am not sure how the white polystyrene foam is meant to attach to the seat.
