A question about : Multiple ISAs

Hi,

I opened a Regular Saver ISA at 2.5% with Nationwide at the start of this year and have been paying in each month.

I had another Flexclusive ISA with them for the previous tax year and the rate dropped from 2.5% to 1.4%. I then saw that Virgin Money were doing a 1.7% fixed for 1yr, so I opened an ISA with them and asked them to transfer my previous year's subs to it.

Was it okay to have done this as the ISA Declarations state not subscribed to more than one ISA in the same tax year.

A question about : Date to launch new ISA accounts

When do banks and building societies launch their new ISA product for the new tax year, would it be updated on the website on 5 April, to be prepared for 6 April (i.e. the start date of the new tax year)? Or would it be updated on 6 April midnight?

• Normally the best rates are launched at the end of the tax year not at the start.

A question about : JISA (CTF) transfers

I am trying to get ahead of the game and get some information prior to April 6th (when hopefully CTFs can be transferred to JISAs).
I am trying to find all the providers that allow transfers of stocks and shares JISAs as these are likely to be the ones that will allow the transfer of CTF as well.
I have only managed to find HL, are there any others?

A question about : Money to invest

I have Ј8000 th invest. I already have a linked savings with m/s current account and an isa with 1.7% interest until April. I may be able to lock this money away for a while as my is a is instant access how can I get the best interest out of this money

A question about : S & s isa

Hello

I am just after some information regarding my stocks and shares isa.
Recently I put my cash isa into a stocks and shares isa with iweb and the share has risen a little so I would like to know if it is ok to sell the shares and put the whole isa + profits into another company, still with the same iweb s&s isa account?
I have maxed this years allowance but I am not sure of the rules on this one as it's my first s&s isa. Any advice would be appreciated.

A question about : isa transfers

I've just sold my stocks in a supermarket Isa, want to transfer it to a cash Isa which was set up this year with a small amount of cash, want to transfer to all to a new provider cash Isa. Then later want to transfer back to the supermarket and reinvest in stocks can I split the then investment between different stocks in the one Isa account held by the supermarket
