A question about : iWeb or Halifax Sharedealing?

I'm looking to open a low cost S&S ISA account.

These 2 services are on the same platform & are both owned by the same company. As one costs more than the other, I assume that there is a difference in the products, functionality or service offered - but I cannot work out what that is.

A question about : Are NS&I OK?

I'm considering opening an NS&I cash (Direct) ISA. Are they any good?

Does their website work properly? What is the online experience most similar to:
- Post Office: rubbish. Can't transfer out, always some error, need to write letters, etc.
- Sainbury's: limited functionality and sometimes a bit slow sending money out but otherwise perfectly good
- Tesco, Nationwide: sometimes down, but otherwise good
- Lloyds and the like: good

A question about : What to do with Student Savings

I asked a year ago and here I am again.
My daughter has Ј1000 in Premium Bonds. just over Ј2000 in an old ISA getting no interest and Ј6000 sitting in my Santander 123 current account getting 3% (2.4% net)
Please someone tell me where is the best place to put this to get the best return for her?

A question about : post office cash isa advice

hey all,
i'm coming up on the end of the bonus interest on my post office isa.

I was hoping you guys could advise on best next step.

1. I assume i cant transfer it to a new Post office isa,or an post office isa under my wifes name.
2. I guess best option is to transfer it to the next best interest ISA and when that deal ends transfer back to the post office if that is the best deal at the time.

A question about : Question on NS&I 1.5% AER ISA

I'm looking to move the maximum allowance of 15K in to the NS&I 1.5% AER ISA over the next week, but I have a number of questions about this. For people who missed it, I'm new to the UK, so very unfamiliar with ISA's.
If transfer the money at the end of January. Will I still receive interest for 2014?
Can I still move 15K in for 2014 before end of February and add another 15K in March?
