Thought I would ask if anyone wants to share ideas on what to make for Christmas Fair.

I have made a start with sock and flannel cakes, Santa Sleighs
and tic tac snowman poop.

Would love some other ideas and pics of other peoples makes.

A question about : Cross stitch

Does anyone know where l can get a free pattern/chart for a campervan. I have founds some but they are a little too big as l was thinking of having a go at making some keyring sized ones (l am new to cross stitch so wanted it to be simple).

lf l had pattern would it be easy to convert it and if so where would l begin?

A question about : Help with Dressmakers Dummy

My daughter (aged 10) has asked for a dress makers dummy for Christmas, she has recently started to use my sewing machine, is totally addicted to watching 'The Great British Sewing Bee' and would like to design and sew her own clothes.
Obviously something I wish to encourage.

Can anyone advise on which Dressmakers dummy to choose.

A question about : Table covering for Xmas craft stall *****HELP***

Hope somebody can help me.

This year I am helping my mum out with her first ever craft stall. Now the table is supplied by the venue, it's 6 foot and needs to be covered all sides. Can anyone advise how big the cover should be and where I could purchase one from? We have even looked at bed sheets we are getting that desperate!!!

A question about : Christmas Calendar for kids

Looking for some inspiration for our Primary 1 class to make their own calendars for our Christmas Fayre. It needs to be one a4 sheet as we have the little calendar stubs to go on the bottom.
We didn't want to do a reindeer hand print calendar as it needs to be something that looks good all year round. Have looked on Internet but can't see anything that appeals.
Anyone help please?

A question about : Crafters Companion birthday week offers

I looked at the Crafters Companion website today, as I wanted to see the new The Big Score A3 scoring board with free cd. I'd seen this demonstrated elsewhere for the same price, but Crafters Companion have free delivery at the moment.

I was only going to buy this, but, it is their birthday week, (I think the company has been open for 9 years?) and they have offers on. On their home page, scroll down and click on shop all of our birthday week offers here.

A question about : If you've bought The Big Score A3 scoring board,

Thank you to nannyboo1 for telling me that some of the first boards have cm marks in the wrong place. I googled and have found out my board is correct. (maybe why it took nearly 2 weeks for my board to be delivered. The company have prob. been working their socks off getting corrected boards manufactured. Hats off to them for correcting the problem so quickly.)

I've also found out that there are mistakes on some of the projects written instructions on the cd. The correct instructions are downloadable.

A question about : Making an advent calender

I am hoping to make the kids an advent calender this year; the fabric type with little pockets. Has anyone else done this? Any pics to share for ideas?
