A question about : books about upcycling?

I have a young relative who is very good with crafts, making things etc. She is beginning to learn her way around upcycling and how to spend money wisely on craft / DIY materials.
We'd like to get her a xmas gift of a book or 2 on the subject - library not much good (out-of-date or daft books)
There are loads on &ma$on but I can't really tell how useful they are. I'm sure OSers wil know of good ones!

Hi all, I've just started getting into creating home made presents and this morning I bought a Tomy knitting machine from the car boot sale but it doesn't have any instructions, I've looked online with no success.

So I thought I'd try here does anyone have one of these knitting machines and would be happy to send me a copy of the instructions?
