A question about : Question for all card makers please

Hi,
i was wondering what glue you use to stick in the paper inserts into greeting cards, i have tried prit stick and tacky glue and found they just fall out? although im wondering if this is because i fold the cards myself using a creasing bone and the crease is not deep enough like in pre-folded cards? (im considering buying a creasing machine) any advice would be great thank you

A question about : Best Sellers at a School Fair.

Hi everyone,

In a months time I will have a stall at a local school summer fair.
I hand make jewellery out of clay and I have also recently started to decorate wooden plaques.

I was just wondering if anyone could give me any advice on what handmade items are most popular at a school fair and the price range I should keep to?

I was also wondering if I should do a lucky dip as well?

A question about : Plea for a specific craft punch

So in a very MSE way we made our own invites, save the dates etc. My lovely mum provided us with loads of bits and bobs that she had from her card making. One thing was a punch that she got from a charity shop. We used it on the save the dates, invite inserts and then I started using it on the place name cards....... But then it broke!!! Parts of the stamp broke and then in trying to fix it I made it worse!!!!

A question about : Machine Embroidery

I am wondering if anyone here does machine embroidery, either using their sewing machine or an embroidery machine?

I ave two single needle embroidery machines, started out small and graduated after three years to my big all singing all dancing machine. I got the bigger machine because it fives me a larger embroidery area, so now I can embroider my jean;s legs withour splitting the design to fit a smaller hoop.

I embroider all my pillowcases .

A question about : Personalising Jute Bags

I want to personalise some jute bags for gifts and have managed to source the bags online and have bought the paint now I want to get some wee embilishments/decorations to stick on to finish them off. Anyone any good websites where i can get them without costing a fortune? many thanks
