A question about : Self Select ISA

Help needed please.

I have my eye on a company who's shares are $0.15 each at the moment.

The problem is they are a USA company and thus I don't know how to buy their shares.
Furthermore I have a strong feeling their shares will be worth Ј15.00 in 10-15 years time.

So im now thinking it would be good if I could somehow buy their shares via an ISA (hence avoiding tax completely).

A question about : Cashback sites and switching current accounts

Top Cashback are offering Ј80.80 to switch your current account to Nationwide's Flexdirect. As I don't want to switch my current account but do want the Flexdirect account to park Ј2500 @ 5% in, and to be frank they may as well pay me Ј80.80 as well for the privilege of my custom, what do I need in a dummy account to enable the switch?

I have a Stocks & Shares ISA with a provider charging Ј9.95 per trade I make. However, they also offer 'regular investing' for Ј1.50 a time.
