A question about : Asda Groceries Not Delivered/Not Turned Up

I placed an order from Asda for my groceries to be delivered last night inbetween 8:00-10:00pm with a 1 hour window slow of 8:30-9:30pm. At 10:15pm, with no sign of groceries, I telephoned customer services who advised me that the driver was running late and that he would be with us any minute now.

I was sold a faulty laptop, I was lied to on 3 occasions and the data that was saved onto the store's hard drive has been erased.

My experience is very few leads (max about 6) over 6 months – all for poor work (refit a storage heater to a wall, replace a thermostat), some of which were hundreds of miles away.

Used this company for the first time to order made to measure roller blind for bedroom. Blind arrived this afternoon and extremely pleased with quality, price, packaging & customer service. Normally use different company when ordering blinds but whilst their blinds were very good their delivery was very slow compared to Wilsons Blinds. Received email to let me know that blinds had been dispatched & time frame of expected delivery. Will certainly use this company again.

A question about : Post Office Passport Check & Send

Has anyone else had problems with the post office passport check & send service? I'm really disapointed by them.

I have to complete a student loan application form and have two options - enter a valid passport number, or get an additional form signed by someone proper and send it to them with my birth & marriage certificate. Thinking the second option would delay the application given I would have to find a proper person willing to sign and send off my paperwork, I decided to renew my passport.

Ok, so i did one of those daft quiz type things on facebook...... how many people in the country have the same name as you? It required an email and used the electoral roll so i put in my throwaway spam email which i use for such things.

I have just checked this email to find a genuine email from harriet harman thanking me for taking part in this 'fun' quiz and saying i had been added to the labour party email list and that they hoped i recognised labour as the way forward and would vote for them!
