Since subscribing to this in summer of last year, I have won the princely sum of Ј4 (twice winning Ј2). However, I have yet to ever receive either payment which I was told by e-mail would be paid into my bank within 28 days(the sub is paid by direct debit).

A question about : Hillarys Blinds Rubbish Customer Service

Had chap from Hillary's Blinds round on 7 Dec - went firm on order on 9 Dec - for 5 x venetion blinds to be fitted before Christmas.

Phoned me on fitting day (22nd Dec) to say blinds not delivered to him that morning he would have to phone the factory to see what's going on. But he didn't expect he would get them before Christmas now and also the factory has Christmas shutdown.

Fair enough I suppose.

A question about : Yodel sent back parcel!

Just bought a new house. Not moved in yet but slowly getting stuff sorted. There was already a delivery slip from two days before we received the keys. I went back yesterday and found two more slips, the last one stating it had been returned to the local centre.

Went home and logged in online to collect parcel from the local centre. Today, spent an hour driving there only to be told it had been sent back to the sender!

So we have managed to stop most cold calls but these got through this evening, wouldn't tell me what they wanted or where they were.
Had a look on Google and can't find them.
Need more info. to report them.

Update: Email received dated 4th Jan letting me know that the issues should be resolved by 7th Dec and not letting me know if that was my issue in the first place I mean what a joke, how incompetent must this business be since their customer service is shockingly awful. My aunt has also phoned their cust service no 3x and has been kept in a queue for well over half an hour before giving up (as its not free).

A question about : AMMYY Scam (TalkTalk)

Had a call saying they were from TalkTalk support. They had my account number and personal details correct and said I had a virus on computer and after a long 'diagnosis' said that I should go to AMMYY.com so they could see my computer.

If you do a search on MSE forum you will see that this is a common scam, usually saying they are from Microsoft.

When I said I would call them back on the TalkTalk support number they got angry. I hung up.
