A question about : Painting Dormer above conservatory

Hello - I have chalet style semi detached house and need to sand, paint, fill etc a wooden dormer above the lean-to conservatory below.

The conservatory is the width of the house and about 2.5 metres deep.

Anyone know how I access the dormer safely?

Scaffolding would do but I expect is expensive, a ladder wouldnt be safe due to the angle.

A question about : Making conservatory habitable in winter

Is it possible to make an existing conservatory habitable in winter? Ours is baltic and it seems such a shame to have this unusable space.

Here are the details:

3.5 x 3m size with gable end to the front
Wooden frame, double glazed windows
Dwarf wall along one side & front, 3/4 wall alongside third wall
Triple wall poly carb roof
All walls have insulation in the cavity
Suspended wooden floor

I'm just toying with getting some work done on my little house, and my first question is probably pretty basic, but a girl's gotta start somewhere...what is the best/most logical/most money saving order to do my work in?

Bathroom and kitchens both need full revamp but are very definitely liveable with, indeed I have been living with them for nearly 10 years. Can they be done as self contained jobbies given the list of other potential work below?

A question about : Pilkington Satinova glass conservatory roof

Can anyone help!

I have had a Satinova glass roof installed on my conservatory of which was installed at the same time and not a replacement roof, since it was installed 5 months ago we have had major condensation to the point you could shower underneath.

We have used a dehumidifier and very little water was drawn from the air, the floor is dry and has been tested. Could it possibly be that the roof has been installed inside out?

A question about : Redring Slimline 650 Sgower Dripping

We recently moved into a new house and the shower constantly drips water from behind the hose. OH has had a look inside it today and says it is leaking from the pressure switch. I did a little research and a lot of these problems are caused by a blown PRV, OH says it isn't that but I asked how does he know what a blown PRV looks like.

Any hekp appreciated. Don't want to go out and buy a new shower if it's fixable.

It's an electric shower.
