A question about : Howdens Traders passing on discount

Is the whole traders can get you your kitchen at discount from Howdens a scam, how come you get different sets of paperwork and does anyone here have the final invoice from their trader/builder and if so does it differ from the quote and more importantly what you paid.

A question about : neighbours tree is starting to block the view of the valley from my house

Hi.

I bought a house mainly because of the amazing view it has down the valley.

The person in the house below me has two big trees that have grown 4ft over the 12ft high hedge that borders our property in the last two years.

It wasn't a major problem when I moved in but now they are starting to block the lovley view.

I asked him nicely if he could trim them, offered to pay for it to be done but he just said he likes them and hes been here longer.

A question about : Can't make my mind up on Bathroom

We have £1500 to refit an entire bathroom and tile floor and walls.

We got a quote from Bathstore of things we liked and it came to £1300.
This included the bath, bath surround, waste, taps, sink, waste and taps, close-coupled toilet and lid, fixed shower head, thermostatic shower valve and radiator and radiator valves.

This leaves £200 for tiling and getting someone to plumb the bits in.

We were going to plumb as much in ourselves and tile ourselves (found tiles we like for £15 per sq meter).

A question about : Prices for Howdens kitchen units

Hi, does anyone have any idea of the prices for Howdens kitchen units, in particular the Hamilton Teak range?

I know they are trade only, so son is going to get himself registered, but in the meantime I can't find any prices anywhere, or any measurements etc. showing the full range etc.

I wanted to start planning out my new kitchen, but can't see any info.
Any ideas?
