A question about : Should I support my partner's employer or buy the cheapest?

My partner works in a small electrical store which prides itself on personal service. Even though she gets a staff discount, quite often it is possible to buy items cheaper elsewhere. My problem is that if I buy somewhere else then I could be contributing to her losing her job. Should I pay extra to help secure the shop or follow the MoneySaving mantra and buy cheaper elsewhere?

A question about : School Meals v Packed Lunch

Can anyone give me ideas for sandwich fillings that kids will actually eat; as my 4 year old is due to start a school which doesn't have a canteen, so Im going to have to start giving her exciting pack lunches to try to get her to eat up. Im really stumped for ideas.

A question about : Recipe for Disaster (Humorous.., eventually)

I thought the dogs coming back from a muddy walk and spreading it all over the floor/furniture, gaily running away while I try to get them in the bath (with them positively grinning at the fun catch me if you can game) was the worst disaster but this morning I discovered better.

Have 5 month old baby and desperately trying to find highchair - were hoping somene might offer hand-me-down but no luck. But planning more (babies not highchairs) so don't want to get it wrong and then have to re-buy! All-singing all-dancing ones seem to be Ј100+ - are they really necessary? Any recommendatrion?
