hi all

I have been a lurker on here for a few years but had my LBM on the weekend,
my car is in need of some repairs and I just cant afford to have it fixed atm so spent the whole weekend in tears and feeling sorry for myself
I only have myself to blame and someone told me if you change nothing, nothing changes so today is a new day and I will be starting my diary on here later, there is no more burying my head in the sand its time I faced the music!

so if anyone has any tips and advice I would be extremely grateful

A question about : 0% card, which balances to transfer?

Hello all, advice and opinions would be much appreciated if you have the time for a short, boring essay!

After having no joy trying to get a consolidation loan at a decent rate, I've applied for and got a Barclaycard with 17months 0% on balance transfers. The credit limit is Ј5,500. I will also be receiving a lump sum of about Ј2000 in May that can also go toward my debts.

A question about : Lowell Portfolio help !!!!!

I have 7 debts owned by Lowell Portfolio, i have challenged them on all 7 accounts and they ended up closing 3 of the accounts but they have a pre 2007 credit card account which they sent me an online application filled out form and loads of t's & c's which they have said is the credit agreement, i'm asking them to prove the debt and they have'nt ! i what should i do now ?

I have got myself into a little debt, mainly due to paying for post grad and unable to get career development loan..
Nationwide, Ј5000, 15.9% apr Ј6900 limit
tesco, Ј740, 17.5% apr Ј1000 limit
asda, Ј2060, 0% until may then 24.9%, Ј3200 limit
barclaycard, Ј2000, 0% until may then 29.9%, Ј2200 limit

A question about : Council tax when I was a student issue

I was a student back in 2008 at a university, during the summer of 2009 I lived closer to parents as couldnt stay in my accomodation over summer, for this period of about 3 and a half months I am having issues with council tax.

Things are getting progressively worse and I am not sure what I should do.

I am currently Ј25,334.12 in debt and it just seems to be getting worse and worse. I have tried to stop but I just seem to fall back to reckless spending again.

I am smart to find 0% deals but then I just spend more.

I have Ј10,134.12 at 0% until June 2016 on Virgin credit card and I have Ј15,200.00 at 20% over 5 years Barclays loan.

I can also get around Ј2000 interest free 10 month loan from my employer.
