Lowell Portfolio help !!!!!

A question about : Lowell Portfolio help !!!!!

I have 7 debts owned by Lowell Portfolio, i have challenged them on all 7 accounts and they ended up closing 3 of the accounts but they have a pre 2007 credit card account which they sent me an online application filled out form and loads of t's & c's which they have said is the credit agreement, i'm asking them to prove the debt and they have'nt ! i what should i do now ?

• Just a prove it letter ! I assume if i pay Ј1 for a CCA they could use it against the debt
• Hi, the online application is dated 05/05/2006 and they've sent 2 lots of t's & c's one in blue print with 06/06 on the last page and one in black print which has 06/09 on the last page, no reference to me personally, no credit limit or anything !
