A question about : TV purchase from Perfect Home Store

HI, I wondered if anyone could advise me as to my rights and if I actually have any.

The situation is thus...

In November 2010 I took out a payment plan with them to purchase a Panasonic TV model tx-p42s20b

The Payments being Ј15.05 a week

A question about : Debt Company chasing debt will not write off

I don't know if anyone can give some advice?
I have a company chasing me for a debt from Admiral, the company is called Ardent Credit Services Ltd (formerly Commercial Credit Management Ltd).
I did not know about this as I my car insurance policy was cancelled after a mess up with the Direct Debit.

A question about : family debt

One of my family members lent another family member a large sum of money which was used towards purchasing property. The loan was only meant to be short term and it was agreed interest would be paid at bank rate. To date the person has only paid a small monthly interest payment and not made any effort to pay the loan back. This has gone on for 2 years now and the lender needs their money back. If the person cannot repay it can the lender have something drawn up in writing and then register a charge against the property?

A question about : Full and final settlement

I received an incorrect final bill from First Utility about three years ago. I called them and tried to get them to correct the bill, they said they would, but I didn't hear from them again. About 6 months later, I got a letter from a collections agency claiming the full, incorrect amount. I sent the collections agency a letter, offering to pay the actual amount owed in full and final settlement of the account, but they never replied.

I am seeking some advice with regards to two CCJ's I have against me.

They were granted nearly 6 years ago and since been satisfied. I understand they will be removed from my file when 6 years comes about next year.

My question relates to other information that has been placed on my credit file by the debt assignment people who took me to court, CL Finance.

Hi all

I've been trying to get myself debt-free for a while but everytime I think I'm there something else pops up.........HELP!!!!!

I've recently found out I have a debt owing to Anglian Water.....the dates are wrong so the amount will be less but still I had no knowledge of this outstanding debt from 2010/11 until this month. Fine if I owe the amount I am happy to pay it so long as it's changed to reflect the date I moved out.
