A question about : Transferring contacts, messeages etc from old phone to new

Hello, I have been trying to move content from my old phone (Samsung Galaxy Ace) to the new upgrade (Samsung Galaxy Note 4) but for some reason the old one cannot download Samsung Smart Switch as google is not recognising my password! I know it would have been very easy to move messages, pics etc if the old phone also had the Smart Switch app. What are my options now? I am not technically inclined. Is this something that my provider EE can help me with in store?

A question about : Desktop or All-in-One

Some advise please.
looking for a home business computer. I don't want a laptop as I want a lovely big screen.

So seems to be a choice between an old fashioned desktop or a touch screen all-in-one. Neither seem to be very fashionable at the mo.

The only plus point I can see with an all-in-one is the touch facility!

Any suggestions would be welcome

Hi guys, I've come to you with a bit of advice/warning when buying a new computer.

I'm an IT technician and I recently bought a new ASUS All-in-One PC.

I needed a TV in my new flat, and my laptop had just died, so bought something that acts as both. Luckily I'd just sold my motorcycle, so I had a bit of cash.

I bought the PC in store after a couple of hours of comparing specs and then took it home. It was Ј499.99.

A question about : excel query for race heats

Hi all

A work colleague has asked me how to do something on excel and i Am stumped

A a race meet we have 24 riders and each rider has to race in 3 scoring heats. after the heats the top 12 then have a raceoff to decide the overall winner

How do i out this into excel to it can plot the heats so each rider has 3, and the heats are mixed, and then plot the final 12?

Also need the ability to increase/decrease the riders and legs

A question about : External hard drive problem with Xbox 360

My son has an Xbox 360 slim (black), but needed more memory for game saves and the likes. He tried flash drives, but wanted something larger, so I bought this external hard drive.

Thinking it was just plug/play.

Well it kind of is, but when plugged in, it says there is only 30 something GB on it (it is 500).

A question about : Printing email from account

I do not seem to be able to print an email full width, there are inbox and ad on both sides and I do not know how to get rid of them. Thanks

A question about : Google sign in not possible on the mobile

for some reason google is not allowing me to sign into my account on my mobile, which means i cannot use google play and all the other apps that come with it. I can sign in on the computer though. please help.
