hi,my wife walked out on me and 2 of our 3 children 2 weeks ago after being together for 12 years and married for 9 and a half.
it has been rocky for the last 2 years but nothing to suggest it was the end of the marraige.

My MIL is becoming very frail, and the house where she is living isn't really suitable any more. She has an open invitation to move in with a family member, but she would rather move to an assisted living type apartment where she can be more independent.

She was only 51 and the most amazing person I had ever know

I feel totally numb and like it's all a dream she was doing fine yesterday but deteriorated in a matter of hours

Hi we currently have 2 Jack Russell's and the insurance renewal arrived a few days ago.
The premium is now up to Ј38.03 pm x12 (we currently paid Ј30.21)
Online with the same company, with identical cover I can get it for Ј28.67 pm so I rang them up and the best they can come up with is Ј34.22 pm (this was not cancellations dept)

Does anyone know how to evict a family member from a house and can they claim squaters rights and claim my inheritance?

Basically my parents died three years ago I inherited their house. I let my son and his partner live there rent free temporarily. (the agreement was six months rent free whilst he renovated his new house) and now after 4 years I cant get them out. They still pay no rent or repair costs.
