Agonising Back & neck spasms

A question about : Agonising Back & neck spasms

Just don't know what happening to me. About 3 moths ago I stretched for something while kneeling down and had a back seizure.
My lower right back had completely seized and I couldn't move for 3 days. If I tried to move I would get a agonising spasm (cramp style) for minutes.
Eventually I recovered after much co-codemol and Ibroprofen and although tender my back problem hasn't re-occurred.
Never felt pain like it.

how to calculate custom charges for supplements bought from The States?

A question about : how to calculate custom charges for supplements bought from The States?

I am after a supplement that will cost me
Ј25.99 on UK high street,
Ј21.99 online in UK,
or Ј11.37 online from US.

I think I probably have no chance escaping from custom charge since I plan to buy miminum 4 bottles and I wonder if anyone know how the custom charge is calculated? I don't want to end up paying more than UK sale price

PS, 4 bottles will cost Ј45.48 + postage (DHL Ј15.24 or Normal Airmail Ј4.18)

H2O+ face oasis

A question about : H2O+ face oasis

I got a tub of this as part of a deal from M&S last year and just love it but am now disappointed to find they don't stock it any more.

I use Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish then use her toner. I find that a bit of the H2O+ on top of that just makes the best of my skin. I am 63 years old and do try my best to keep my skin in good condition.

The H2O+ can be bought elsewhere but it is really expensive. I just wondered if anyone knows of a similar, cheaper alternative.

Suggestion for people on morphine-based medication

A question about : Suggestion for people on morphine-based medication

Hi, this is a HTH post. Anybody on morphine-based medication will know that long term side effects can included constipation. I am not embarrassed to say that I am certainly affected, and offer my solution. I spoke to a VERY helpful pharmacist, who suggested Lactulose, as it helps the colon retain more water, thus making waste matter less compacted and easier to pass out of the body.
