A question about : laser eye surgery

im 46 and wear reading glasses as im long sighted. I can see reasonabily well at long distances but newspapaers and books are a no no. I think my reading glasses are around +1 as I can buy cheapo glasses at +1.5 from poundland.

Basically am i too old for surgery?

I would like not to have to wear glasses as my sight is fine but has a 'shimer' if you like when im not wearing reading glasses. I have not worn glasses all my life just from the age of around 43 but again only for reading small print such as books.

I have a few weddings to attend this year and suffer from shiny skin, meaning I steer clear of photographs and get quite self-concious.

I've been to a few fayres with friends and tried out the airbrushing system, which is really good.

Instead of paying Ј20-30 a time, I was wondering about buying one to use at home myself. That way I can use it more often too.

Does anybody have any they recommend?

Hi everyone

I'm not sure of the best place for my diet blog - please let me know if I ought to move it!

I am really struggling with my diet - I have gained over a stone recently which leaves me with 1 stone and 3 pounds to lose to get to an ok weight.

I have joined ww online and am getting weighed weekly but I actually haven't changed my habits but just managed to somehow fit them into ww - all this means that since Christmas I have lost a very small amount of 2.5 pounds.

A question about : Tooth bridge not as expected

Hi,

I recently had a bridge to replace a missing tooth.
The missing tooth replacement was fine but the one next to it now looks grey and pointy. It wasn't grey or pointy before so I'm rather confused as to how this could this have happened. I presume it's covered somehow and maybe it's this covering that is grey, but I'm not sure.

There was no drilling or filing involved, just glue.

Should I re-contact dentist and complain?

I've been using Naked Bodycare for ages because it's mostly natural without additive nasties, and very well priced. However this week it's totally disappeared - the Facebook page, Twitter account, website - all just gone. Does anyone know what's happened?

Anyone recommend a cost effective range of hair and beauty products which are similar (i.e. mostly natural without additives).

I have got severe running nose and headache.

As I am working away from home, seeing GP is not an option.

But I do have a Tesco (no pharmacy thought but they have medicine section)

Which medicine I should buy for a quick relief?
