A question about : work placement or work slavement ?

Hi all was looking for some advice regarding work placement ,
I have been out of work a while now and desperatly seeking,
i went job center other day to find out if any local supermarkets are hiring and turns out one is and its quite local to me ,

I filled in 2 forms and was told i must start at 10pm till 7am working between 7 and 10 days and it would be over 16 hours,

Hi - being the ambitious type, I always like to measure myself against how other people in similar circumstance do for themselves.

I'd be interested to hear if there's anyone out there who has managed to bag a real high paying job at a young age?

I'm 27 and on Ј35k - probably middle of the road - there anyone who is earning lots more and younger/same age? How did you do it?

A question about : Employers expecting people to work for Ј6.50 an hour!!

What is it with the employers out there that expect the earth from employees for between 6 and 7 quid an hour, it's a disgrace to expect people to work for these sorts of sums, i remember the wages were higher than this ten years ago, is it a case of Employers taking advantage of the lack of jobs about, knowing damn well they'll be takers for their measly wage?

Im claiming JSA and although im grateful for it I cannot put up with it for much longer!!!!

Ive been looking for a job since the beginning of january and all im getting is rejection letters!!

I am applying for around 4 jobs a week and although i am not getting a job I am not letting it get to me!

Sorry, but I dont believe that any job is better than none!
If a job pays little more than being on benefits, is it worth taking?

A question about : Employee Off Site Parking Rights

Quick question about parking and rights that an employee has. The company provides limited parking on site but not sufficient to cater for all staff.

As a result staff park in residential roads around the premises and are legally parked in roads with no parking restrictions. The company have now decreed that certain roads around the premises can no longer be used for parking by staff and that disciplinary action will be taken against staff who continue.

If teachers are so good and worth their pay, why can nobody spell nowadays and why is English grammar taught so badly? It is a fundamental right as an English person to be taught there own language surely?
