Phoned up today to chase acknowledgement as it's been 7 weeks Monday since posting.....no luck. Lost in the post the said, re send.

So I phoned up again to ask them to double check before I print and go through it all again.

They said there is a trace on the system which means it's been received and not uploaded.

So what do I do? Wait or resend.

I'm currently in receipt of HB/CTR, DLA - MRC and IR ESA. I live in a one-bedroom council property and my 20-year-old brother is considering moving out of the family home.

1. I am wondering if he is allowed to stay with me? Does he effectively become a joint tenant?

A question about : Stopping motability car scheme?

Been on the motability car scheme for years but in the last few months I have been thinking of not getting another one after my current one goes back. The reason I'm thinking of stopping is that I'm on high rate motability, they are taking a HUGE chunk from me every week and only leaving me with Ј77 a week from it.

Any advice would be welcome I live in a council house with my disabled son so just the 2 of us and on benefits we don't have family ,
my problem is decorating we have been here 17 years and it needs painting and some new internal doors hanging , I have spoken to the housing and asked as best as I can if I buy the doors and wallpaper ,paints will they do it and if they have to charge me I will make payment on dd no came the reply .

A question about : Anybody appealed pip and gone to court yet?

Hi, has anybody got as far as the appeal court yet for their pip decision to be looked at again?
I have my appeal being looked at soon and I'm getting more and more stressed about the possibility that they could take away the normal rate of mobility that I was awarded by DWP. I would be lost without my blue badge.
I just want to know your experience of going to court and if you had a positive outcome or not.

A question about : Injury claim effect on benifits?

It looks like a 3 year long injury claim is finally coming to and end, i have a small concern regarding benefit payments. I have read that you may have to pay back some money from your payout towards your benefits if the accident resulted in your claiming the benefits, I was already claiming DLA and ESA prior to and at the time of the accident. will i still have to pay some back?
