A question about : Help with metered water bills

United Utilities (I am sure other water companies have similar schemes) have a water sure scheme for people on low income (be in receipt of certain means tested benefits) and either have 3 or more children or have a condition which means they use more than average water and have a water meter.

      The details are on: www.unitedutilities.com/?OBH=3302
