I'm currently in arrears with my council tax and I received an enforcement notice today. The debt is Ј129.76, plus the Ј75 compliance fee and Ј235 enforcement notice, totalling Ј439.76.

A question about : 'Mortgage Quo' Showing on credit report

Hey all,

Had a credit report alert regarding addition / deletion of an account by 'Mortgage Quo'. I've googled and can't find any companies called Mortgage Quo and credit expert have no linked companies to them either.

The dates tie in with a personal load I had from Sainsbury's but I'm very confused!

Has anyone else had experience of this? I know my account was passed to Sainsbury's Bank Recoveries - but not been told anything about Mortgage Quo :S

A question about : Loan guarantor

Hi all

Thanks for reading, I'm pleased too say this is not about me but really is for a friend.

She is guarantor for an Am--- loan for her son, yes I would have told her not to if I'd known but I didnt know.

Anyways she is in financial trouble herself as she has been off sick for a while, of course he hasn't been paying the loan..... She is struggling on with repayments
Best advice please, who should I suggest she gets in touch with for help? How much % would we offer as F&f (between 5 friends ).

A question about : MBNA

Hi Everyone, I'm really stuck, and need some advice please.

A few years back I had a credit card with MBNA, which I thought I'd cleared the balance of, and closed.

Today, out of the blue I've had a Claim form from Arrow Global (Guernsey) via Blake Lapthorn (Portsmouth), it's directing me to money claim dot gov dot uk

I understand this letter to be a small claims court claim against me.

They're chasing Ј650 (+60 Court fee & + Ј70 solicitors fee)
