A question about : YouTube Yoga Channel Recommendations

Hi all,

I have recently taken up yoga at home for weight loss and to improve my flexibility. So far I've been using Courtney Bell's videos on YouTube but would like to branch out.

Can anyone recommend any YouTube channels or accounts that essentially show online yoga classes, particularly for weight loss and flexibility?

A question about : Not sure where to spend my money

Hello, I have arthritis and depression through my doctors they've recommended that I join the local gym , all classes included& swimming for Ј20 per month , reduced from 28 a they have referred me .
Gym is 10 minute walk from my home .i work full time Mon - Fri
My local slimming group is roughly Ј20 if I attend and don't buy any extra books etc . That's 10 minutes the other way from home
I don't drive .
I have 1 wage a I live singly can't afford to join both.

A question about : Sports Clubs and VAT

I would love to find out whether a not for profit sports club could claim back VAT on ground hire?

I play for a small cricket club (17 players), we play about 14 matches at home (rented ground) per season at a rate of Ј200 per match, we are charged another Ј560 VAT on top. Our total income and expenses are around Ј4000 p.a.

We are promoting a healthy/social activity and the Govt charges us about Ј30 each p.a. for the privilege....

Does anyone know if we could claim the VAT back?

Many apologies if this has been covered before but I went through a few pages and couldn't see anything.

I currently have a Sony Xperia Z1 and the Sony Smartband to go with it that I try to use to track my daily steps/time walking etc. but I have also started using Runkeeper (free version) as it tracks routes etc.
