A question about : Mop can I return?

A couple of days ago I brought a mop from Home Bargains - it's for the new floor at work. We unwrapped it and gave it a try - basically all 3 of us think it's a waste as it does flow nicely ( don't know how to describe it), anyway what I would like to know is would I be able to return it to the store and exchange it for a spray mop.

I have the packaging and receipt.

The mop is not faulty just that we feel it's not suitable for us.

I use Avios and HiltonHonors loyalty loyalty web sites to click through to purchase non food items, to collect the points.

Has anyone at MSE done research on which is the best value site between the two? ie. which points go further.

I'm looking for a Samsung smart TV - as birthday present to myself - and came across the online shop allshop-online.co.uk where the prices are Ј100 lower than anywhere else.

Though I can't find any complaints, I'm VERY sceptical!

Has anyone had any experience with this site - good or bad?
