A question about : Inverness eateries

Advice requested for lunch and an evening meal in Inverness city centre.

Wishing light meals (quality more important than quantity) that are reasonably priced with good service in a relaxed location desired.

Something better than a burger bar but not expensive (say a good soup/sweet for lunch and a bit better for dinner but not too spicy so curry would be out).

Within walking distance to Eden Court Theatre/city centre would be great as there is an elderly person in the (small) party and no car.

A question about : Glasgow restaurant

Does anyone have any recommendations for cheap but decent restaurants/takeaways within walking distance of Buchanan Galleries? I'm going to be in Glasgow staying at a hotel for four nights at the end of Feb so need to find decent places to eat that won't break my expenses allowance of Ј10.

A question about : Cheap Portrait Photographer in Edinburgh?

I want to have some portrait photos taken for online dating but am on a very tight budget.

I'd prefer 'actors headshot' type in black and white, as they're very simple and classy. I don't need anything fancy, but it has to look professional.

I'd like to have the photos in pdf format, as I might have some of them printed so I can frame them.

A question about : Cheapest Online Takeaway Sites?

What are the best online takeaway sites? Some charge you card fees, others charge admin fees, still others charge delivery and/or inflate the restaurants' menu prices. Does anyone have any advice? Has there been a comparison done on them?

• In Scotland?
  A lot of them don't even know we exist IME.
• Why not just ring the takeaways themselves?
  That way you get the real prices with no admin fees.

Hello, I have been asked to get a quote for 14 Swedish visitors (average age 55) who are coming to Edinburgh and surrounds for a few days and have no idea where to look. OK I looked at Yell.com but would prefer if anyone could recommend a company which does private tours with a knowledgeable tour guide? Thanks

Tried e-bay and lost so much money on p&p, perhaps getting a wee stall on a local market would be better?
