A question about : Ccj claim form

I've received a CCJ claim form for an old debt I'd forgotten about.

Before completing the claim form to send to the court I spoke to the credit directly and agreed to pay Ј300.00 (on the day which I did) and then the remainder by direct debit 1 month later...

They've agreed and said I can ignore the claim form.. Is this advisable?

How do you store your stuff?

I am looking at a messy pile of wage slips, bank statements, credit card bills, utility bills etc, belonging to me and my husband, wondering how to store it so it all makes sense.

A question about : De-scaling and de-blocking

been looking into this a fair bit and read up on alot of suggested methods, few queries.

Vinegar, lemon juice and pickling vinegar and lime juice for a stronger effect. Specifically, what do I want to be getting for de-scaling? Primarily its for the kettle but I see these methods are effective for other products, dishwasher, washing machine and tap ends.

O/S Daily Monday 23rd February 2015

This is an “over the garden fence” type thread where we chat about everything Old Style and maybe a little bit more. It’s a great, inspiring and motivating thread we start each day to discuss what Old Style things we’re going to do today or what we’ve achieved already. A question about : Horrible plug holes

I have tried cleaning the plug holes in the kitchen but struggle to do it effectively. They have those metal sieve jobs in them to stop food going down, but underneath I can see through the holes that it is all gunky and disgusting down there. I have tried:

A cup of soda crystals
Vinegar
Hot water
A straw or skewer with cloth wrapped around it to poke down and try to clean.

The holes are too small to allow a toothbrush and I don't want to go and buy mascara just so that I can have an old wand to use.
