A question about : Collection of wages

Hi!
I work in a restaurant and get paid a week in arrears in cash. Previously we have been able to collect our wages anytime after Monday evening (which is when the payslips come through). We have just been told that the ONLY time we can now collect our wages is between 5:30pm and 6:30pm on a Monday. If we miss this slot then we'll have to wait until the following weeks time slot.

A question about : employment tribrunal

Hi
my daughter and partner have been made redundant from the same employer.They have not paid their redundany payment or notice period and will not release their P45s. Do they have a good claim to go to the employment tribunal?
They have writen to the employer asking for monies due but have been ignored. They have been in contact with Acas but are worried if they go to Tribrunal they might lose and end up paying costs.

A question about : Help with ASDA

I have a disciplinary hearing with ASDA after being off sick for 2 seperate days during my 12 week probationary period. It couldn't have been avoided so why am i being treated like dirt over it? The first time I was off sick and the night previous I was sick during my shift. I told the managers that i couldn't stop spewing and they told me i would risk being sacked if i went home.

I stayed til 6am even though i was spewing every half hour. The next day i stayed off.

A question about : Confidentiality regarding suspension from work

I have reason to believe that my manager has not kept my suspension from confidential. However, as I have beeen instructed not to discuss the matter with colleagues, I am unsure of how to approach the matter with my employer.

Any advice on how to raise this, without putting myself or others in a difficult position would bemuch appreciated.

A question about : Im Being Bullied At Work, and i've been suspended!! Help!!

(I Have posted this on the employment forum but would like a professional veiw on my situation)

OK i will try to make this as brief as possible,

for about 8 months I've been bullied by another work colleague, i work in the care, I'm a carer in the community, i often visit the same service users and the girl who bullies me, she often makes slanderous remarks to other colleagues and writes things in the care notes which she just shouldn't write.

A question about : Sick Pay on fixed term contract

Evening All,

I am on a fixed term contract which started in June 2012 and ends at the end of September 2012 (4 Months).

DO I have a right to sick pay?
So far since joining I have had 2 days of bereavement and 1 day of sick pay however I am cocerned as my contract states in the long term sickness point otherwise (please see attached).
What are my rights?
