A question about : Can I use a USB external drive as a music server?

Hi all,

Question about music streaming again I'm afraid

I currently stream my music from a PC running Windows 7, connected wirelessly to the BT Home Hub that we have. I use it mainly with a DNLA compatible wifi internet radio set in the kitchen, but the folders from the PC take ages to load in order to select tracks.

A question about : question about all in one PC

They are classed as a pc when you take paid surveys online aren't they?

For example if I try and do a survey on tablet or smartphone it says survey not suitable for this please use a pc.

Even though they are an all in one device they are still classed as a pc aren't they?

A question about : Tablet reports website connection insecure won't connect

I tried last night to log on, via my android tablet and local wifi, to a new website set up by some US friends. Tablet reported it was an insecure connection and would not connect. Our wifi here is via our Virgin Superhub which I believe is WPA maybe even WPA2 security. So why is tablet saying connection is insecure?

A question about : Paper Shredder recommendations

Sorry if wrong place to ask but mum has completely jammed the shredder and after spending an hour to de-jam I think its completely given up on life so will need to be replaced. To be honest this was the third time that she has jammed it up, the first two I was able to clear the blades and get it working this time failure. I told her numerous times not to put sticky labels thru it and only upto 4 sheets at a time but does she listen or tell me at the first instant that its jammed.

Hi my son has an old Lenovo R60 laptop which originally ran on XP pro but has had windows 7 pro put on it making it useless.

I understand that I can put vista on it instead.

1, Now I have a Dell vista OS cd will this work on this laptop?

I use NeoOffice on my Macbook and it opens nearly everything.
I have been sent a document in pub.pub that I cannot open!
Help please.

A question about : Printer for Macbook Air

I'm looking for a printer for my macbook air. It is for home use but as I run a small business I do have one that I use for business. So just small amounts of printing, mainly black and white but would quite like colour if it's not too expensive.

A question about : Shaver socket

I'm moving house shortly.

Currently, I have a shaver socket in the bathroom where I charge my electric toothbrush. The new house does not have a shaver socket anywhere.

Is there an adaptor I can get to turn a normal socket into one with 2 pins suitable for an electric toothbrush?
