Please delete, then download from cloud.?
Deleted book, tried cloud, never used it before, nothing ? Don,t know how to download from cloud, so just tried to read another on device, no joy?
Now cannot get any of my books on device to read, even though it says they are there.just downloaded another, Amazon e,mailed, ok, but, not on device ? Seems I cannot get anything on it.

A question about : New laptop for uni student

In October 2013 had to buy DD a new laptop as within a couple of weeks at uni she bad dropped her old one!

Bought in a rush something that was available and was cheap (Ј260). Not sure of model it was ASUS from Argos and doesn't have a DVD player.

She likes it's light etc now over a year old it's incredibly slow and freezes a lot.

We are happy to buy her a new one as she's in middle of 2nd year of a demanding science course and it's essential.

I have been looking for something that will convert docx files to a word program or pdf. I downloaded something from cnet but it said the program was malicious, can anyone recommend anything? Thanks

Hi wanting to change my own spark plugs in a mazda 2 1.5 2007 (new shape) car.
can anyone tell me what needs to be removed and how, dont want to strip off more than is required.

A question about : Looking for a job in IT/found one recently?

Hi I'm looking for a job in IT but I don't have a degree, MSCE, CCNA, or any experience.
I have a lot of IT knowledge, aswell as a CCNA1 and a BTEC in IT (neither of which added to the knowledge I had naturally accumulated in any grand measure, but both of which hopefully bolster my appeal from a company's POV).
I'd like to work in network security, and think the best way to get there (not necessarily the fastest) is via a IT Technician/Desktop Support/IT Helpdesk role.
