A question about : Can I choose which debt can go into DRO?

Hello, newbie here, please help . Due to new baby and single parent I can only work minimal hours. Income is so low, not even Ј50 left each month. I have debt around 16,000. Three big amounts, then two other small store cards. Can I leave out some of the smaller ones when applying DRO so the total is just below 15K? Thanks. (Sleep deprived new mummy)

A question about : DRO ended, now what?

Hi, my DRO moratorium period ended a couple of weeks ago and I'm just wondering if have to print off copies of my own individual insolvency register as evidence that it's ended and post it to all the companies which I owed money too as proof that it's ended and I've been discharged from my debts?

It's just that one of those companies doesn't exist anymore. They no longer have a website or anything.

What will happen if I don't do anything and just leave it?

Please help.

Ive been in an iva since 2009. My ip as accepted a full and final settlement and once all ppi is sorted i assume im finished. I recently got a letter of one ppi provider that they are reviewing my case. I contacted the company dealing with ppi claims informing them of the letter. They said it's nothing to do with them as the case is closed on that account as the provider was unregulated at the time of the ppi sale.

A question about : Mortgage after IVA

Hello, I finished paying my Iva last Nov (2011) after 5 long years. In the years I have been paying off my debt me and my partner have managed to save Ј10,000 for a deposit on a mortgage. After much looking around and throwing questions to everybody who would listen we aapproached a bank for a mortgage and was told that we would need a bigger amount to put down and also we would have to wait a further 12 months before they will even think about a mortgage. We approached an independent financial advisor who came back with the same answer.
