A question about : Black Bin Bags- best source?

Since Birmingham City Council have stopped sending out bags (March 2013 - check under refuse), I've scavenged the ones laid up over previous years. However, rolls of black bin bags sold in shops are so much of a gamble - the ones I have now are so thin, that they rip almost as soon as you put something in them - so I double/ triple bag. This will be a big pain soon.

staples in stockport is moving, the original store in great portwood street (0161 429 7091) has some great bargains, mainly ex display items, i went in for some envelopes and came out with a new office,,,,a chair and desk at %60 off and a sony monitor at %50 off..they still had a couple of monitors left and loads of chairs,,,and a few computer desks,,,and lots of other bits,,,everything has to go by close of play friday,,,,,well worth a look

Can anyone recommend a good place to sell my unwanted clothing please in South/Central Birmingham?

I've done a google search but the same place keeps popping up and I'm going to have to ask for a lift off someone so don't want to travel too far.
