A question about : Winter Coat
My coat of 15 years is no longer useable, and I've been trawling through the web for a new one but need some consumer advice please.
I'm looking for a:
- black or dark grey or dark navy blue coat
- Men's professional/bland looking coat, without fur or big designs
- waterproof, windproof and warm during freezing snow conditions
- hem goes below the waist covering the bottom but is just above the knees
- has internal and external pockets
- a hood that doesn't blow off when walking or is so big that covers your eyes even after you have tied it!
- price ideally around Ј50 but can pay more if worth the money
Ideally I'd like the coat to be so warm that during winter I can just wear a shirt underneath. When going into the train and office, the temperature is so hot even in just a shirt let alone a thermal vest and jumper/suit jacket!
I appreciate some people feel the cold differently to others, let's just say I am very skinny so I feel the cold worse than others especially in my joints due to a bone disease.
If anyone can please recommend a coat they have matching the above description I would be grateful. Thanks.
