A question about : where in Wales is there a discount make-up outlet?

Is there anywhere in Wales where you can buy discount make-up or designer toiletries? I read something where you can buy things like Leighton Denny nail vanish sets at a reduced price.

• Not sure on the prices but Sally Hair & Beauty are like a trade outlet for hairdressers/beauty places.
  Some stores are Trade only, like the Cardiff one, but others are open to all - e.g. Llanelli
  I'm pretty sure there are some warehouse stores in the Valleys (Loreal maybe?) but I may be making that up!
