Where has the coupon thread gone

A question about : Where has the coupon thread gone

Just had a look on the discount & codes forum for the thread that has all the current coupons (not the discussion thread) and can't find it.

Saw this new section and assumed it had been moved here but again can't find.

Can anyone point me in the direction of where they have hidden it ?
