A question about : Whats a fair quote to put in 5 small LED downlights in bathroom?

Hi there,

Thinking of replacing the old downlightts in my bathroom with 5 basic LED downlights.

I will get a electrician to do it, just wondering as the holes are already there for the 5 lights what would be a reasonable cost for an elecrtrician to supply and fit them?

• About Ј150? Very ballpark.
• I charge Ј25 to install downlights from scratch (Ј35.00 for LED), supply and fit
  This should be less than Ј100 assuming the existing installation is up to the required standards
• You may need a new transformer as most of the LED downlights won't work correctly with a traditional transformer due to the load not being high enough, hence the slight cost increase.
