What on earth did I enter?

A question about : What on earth did I enter?

A football arrived today. No explanation, no address.

I loathe football, and never take part in team sports so I'm mystified. It must be a runner up prize.
Still my grandsons will enjoy it, the eldest has just started to play regularly.

• Yes you're right, now I look, CapitalOne is written all over. No sign of a WEM though.

• I had a word text similar to OP, nothing found when I tried the link, though called local depot, and they found my address, and sender info..
