edit - just had my statement - Anglian Water have reduced my payments to £16/month now
(they'll probably double it in 6 months after a summer of washing my car and watering the garden though :rolleyes

  • The last time we paid near £294 was about 10 years ago!!
  • I pay £31 and pence a month with Welsh Water
  • Guys, a tip would be to try and locate any leakage that you may not be aware of. I discovered that our toilet was leaking from the bowl to the water area. A very thin stream of water was flowing and it was very difficult to spot at first glance.
Such a small leakage can affect the water bill quite considerably IMO.
