A question about : Vodafone Website account problems

Has anyone else been having problems accessing their accounts on the Vodafone website?
I've been having constant problems for near on three months, not been able to access my bills each month, have logged numerous calls but always just get told that yes there is a problem and it'll be fixed very soon, but it hasn't been.
Very annoyed as not been able to see a bill and no idea how much I need in the bank, unless I call customer service and ask for a copy to be emailed which I shouldn't really have to do.

Anyone or Vodafone rep about to answer?

  • There is a tech team that can have a look into this for you on Vodafone's forum. The address is forum.vodafone.co.uk
  • I am facing same issues but i am new customer with vodafone and facing this issue from last 1 week,I thought its happening because i ported number but now i guess its just not me alone facing this issues...
    It logs in and then if i want to check allowance it says loading and nothing happens..

    I've received some correspondence, I had missed this note from yourself in regards to posting back.
    ref 7980002, this was also then passed on to an online escalation team and I was sent an email with this reference INC000001297798 [#8043802 on 25/9/14, and nothing has changed, this is getting rather infuriating now coming up on the third month where I've had no access to my account.
    I went in to a Vodafone store and they told me that my account can be reset while chatting, is this true?
    I've had a few problems before with Vodafone but nothing compared to this, and this is getting close to being the final straw, but being tied to the contract is what is keeping me for the moment.
    Can you help any further?

  • I've had several problems over the last few months too. Had an email to say bill was ready, couldn't log on. Tried again three more times, still no good. Got through today after being told by OH how much my bill was this month - gone over my minutes again and bill an extra Ј9! OH totally unimpressed! Neither am I .

  • I just emailed that email address and got one back saying that it was no longer in use.
    I may be a titchy bit irate with them not taking my direct debits for 4 months, me phoning multiple times to pay and being told that I don't have anything to pay (despite me explaining no money had come from my account) then having a bill for Ј133.
    Not happy.

  • All I got was a text telling me to phone them to pay (12 times in one day I phoned to do this, not doing it again) and their website crashes every time I try to pay.
