A question about : Virgin Mobile Web account: does it reset itself after 3 months?
I've had my Virgin Mobile Pay as You Go sim card for more than ten years and I don't want to get rid of it because I'm on the old tariffs which are much better than recent bundles.
I set up my web account in 2005 and I rarely used it. In November last year I had troubles logging in, so I phoned customer support and the kindly reactivated my access using a brand new email address and password. A few days ago I wanted to log in, using the same address and password and I had an error saying unrecognized user. I tried to open a new account and it complained I registered before with that email, so wtf?
After a few days of chasing customer support, the lady (probably in some call centre in South America or Philippines) said that the account will lock itself after 3 months of no use. (Mind you, last time was less than three months, but never mind).
Has anybody has a similar experience?
Thanks
