Viking Airlines re branded

A question about : Viking Airlines re branded

Hi all,
I hope some one can help. I now feel I have no options left to get my money back (Ј540) from the volcanic ash in April 2010.

My travel insurance will not pay out, Viking Airlines have now re branded, suspending all claimes and after a 10 week wait the ACU say there is no case and simply closed the file, even though I asked them not to.

When I was away I paid on credit card and they also said it was not their responsibility.

I know that some one out there is accountable however I just need some help.
