A question about : VETERANS BADGE- how to complete

Please can someone explain how I fill in the RTF for the Veterans badge.

I am totally confused by the number of boxes and do not know whether to use the large spaces or the little ones.

• Just type the requested details into the greyed out spaces within the larger outlines which is where the cursor will automatically go. Press tab after each box is filled and the cursor will move on to the next one
• I've got nothing useful to add, I'm just shamelessly bumping an legitimate thread over the kitchen .
